2. Is the “Price Quote” final, or are there hidden fees?

We follow a “Total Transparency” policy. The price quote you receive includes the product cost, international shipping, customs, and taxes. You will never be asked to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

3. How long does shipping take?

We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Air Freight (Fastest): Delivery takes between 10 to 15 business days.
  • Land Freight (Most Economical): Delivery takes between 30 to 45 business days. (This includes 10 days for collection in KSA, 21 days for transit to Egypt, and final local delivery).

4. Can I track my items during the shipping process?

Absolutely! Once your items arrive at our warehouse in Saudi Arabia, we will provide you with photos of your products. You can then track the status of your order through our website until it reaches your doorstep in Egypt.

5. How is the currency exchange rate calculated?

The exchange rate is based on the global market rates at the time of your “Price Quote” request, plus a small administrative fee to cover international transfer and processing costs.

6. Can I return a product if the size is wrong?

As a proxy shipping service, we purchase the exact items and sizes you select. We highly recommend reviewing the “Size Chart” on Shein or Trendyol carefully before ordering. In case of a manufacturing defect or the wrong item being sent by the original store, we will assist you in the communication and dispute process.
