1. In-Stock Products (Local Warehouse)
These terms apply only to items currently held in our local warehouse in Egypt:
- Return Period: Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
2. International Proxy Orders (Shein, Trendyol, etc.)
EasyShein acts as a shopping proxy (intermediary) to facilitate your purchases from international websites. Therefore, the following rules apply:
- No Return/No Exchange: Once an order is placed on the original international website (e.g., Shein, Trendyol), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. This is due to the high costs of international shipping and customs.
- Exceptions: A return or refund will only be considered in the following cases:
- Wrong Item: If the item received is completely different from the one ordered (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong model).
- Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a major defect that prevents it from being used.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and beauty products are strictly non-returnable as per international standards.
- Responsibility Disclaimer: EasyShein is not responsible for the quality, material, or size choices made by the customer. We only ensure the delivery of the exact link/item you provided.
3. Order Cancellation
- Local Orders: Can be canceled before the order is dispatched for shipping.
- International Orders: Can only be canceled before we finalize the purchase on the international website. Once the purchase is completed, the deposit (down payment) is non-refundable.
4. Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or as agreed upon (e.g., Vodafone Cash).
- Please note that initial shipping fees and service commissions are non-refundable in cases of “change of mind.”
